With Little Oliver, it was the hose. We would water the lawn, and he would go crazy trying to catch the water!
That looks an awful lot like a CO2 fire extinguisher. . . .
Bumper reminds me of Snuffles and his reaction to getting dog biscuits from the Quick Draw McGraw cartoons.
