Go ahead and leave the actual church property alone and tax free, however, any other property the church owns should be taxed. We have a church here in my city that owns a lot of commercial real estate and gets it all tax free. That isn’t right. If it isn’t property used exclusively for religious education, then it should be taxed like every other property.
I’m sure there are people out there who will disagree. This is my opinion. I don’t need you trolling me because you disagree. Try to keep it civilized.
