There’s the classic one of a tech guy trying to help someone out with their computer over the phone. He was with the guy for ages trying to help him, having to explain everything very precisely because he just didn’t get what he was being asked to do, being incredibly patient with him and trying to keep it in layman’s terms. In the end, he simply stated, “you have to take apart your computer and put it all in the bin”. The customer said “Wow, is it really that bad”. He responded “sorry yes it is, you are just too stupid to use a computer”. The guy got fired.
