Susan001: Sims speak “simeaze” - it’s a nonsense language that gave them an out to making it universal. My husband and I break out into simeaze every once in a while for fun….

ted: She still has the Tandy, but you can’t play the Sims 3 on it. She’s used this computer before, by the way.

I still need a couple more questions for “Dear Auntie Majesty!” Don’t be shy. E-Mail victoria@cnx.com

For those who wanted an update, here it is:

Sheriff’s sale of the house is currently set for January 21st. Still no word on if we’ll get a chance to rearrange our payment schedule.

I’m unemployed again. The friend I was doing graphic design for lost his last clients when he developed pneumonia and wound up in the hospital right before Thanksgiving. He still owes me over $1,000 in back pay. Not good when I’m now approaching $10K in legal bills on top of everything, either.

In other words, prospects look bleak. Still, I’ve managed to hang on a few more months thanks to all of you, so I owe you all that much. We’ll see what happens.

Pab, see a consumer bky attorney about your options. Be sure she/he is a member of NACBA. You’ll never meet a more understanding and helpful group of people. i did that type of work for 14 years, and now I write extensively about it, finding myself now a nationally known authority after some 25k pages in print. Please get some guidance well before the sale date. You may not find any of the suggestions to your liking or use, but you can make better decisions if you’re informed. You can be sure the creditors are.
