It’s a reference to the fictional Lord of Downton Abbey.

Well, Granville was a good friend and political ally of Gladstone, and as Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs had no use for the imperialist ambitions Her Maj’s pet, Disraeli was so fond of indulging.

Granville was off-and-on foreign secretary, as Susan said. His policies were considered “pliant” and “temporizing”.Queen Victoria’s opinion of Granville: “Lord Granville behaves miserably; he never even answers my remarks!!”Beatrice Webb’s opinion of Granville: "He is an inconsiderable man, pleasant enough. But mental insignificance joined to great political position is irritating . . . "Joseph Chamberlain’s opinion of Granville: “One does not expect to sit next to an ‘old nurse’ in the Cabinet Council.”To other contemporaries Granville was known as ‘Puss’.Not sure who to sit next to him . . .

No problem here; just offend Nibiru by calling it “Uranus” and it won’t come anywhere near us.
