Several years ago I attended a Brian Wilson concert where he and his band played “Little St. Nick”. In July. When the song was over, he wished everyone a Merry Christmas. Mr. Wilson always did have a strange sense of humor.
…then one smoggy Christmas eveSanta came to sayI’ve gone into receivershipand now I need a job..Then they all said nyah nyah nyahAs they shouted out with gleeSanta is all alone thereHis elves work for WalMart now!.Happy holidays, people…
Apparently there are housing developments with Christmas themed street names. I don’t know about you, but after about a week of living in “Holly Jolly Lane” Or “Jingle Bell Way”, I’d be running around with an axe trying to find the developers.

My all-time favorite is “Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer” by Elmo and Patsy.

Weird Al’s The Night Santa Went Crazy rates high for me. Christmas at Ground Zero isn’t bad, but I prefer the former.

Kip Adotta sang “I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus”. Poorly, I might add, which is part of the charm.
(Oh, and there’s a bit of a surprise at the end.)
