That isn’t a great analogy anyway. In my opinion, a literary character should ‘die’ with it’s creator. IMO half of my local broadsheet’s comics are zombies reanimated by their creator’s children or acquaintances. If you have talent and a name to trade on, create something of your own.

Carl’s Junior is way better then Burger Chef EVER was. The food is actually edible.
