Marriage and children is agony seperated by moments of pure joy so intense as to make the agony seem miniscule in comparison. It’s kind of like childbirth. Sorry ladies, I realize I can never experience this but I kind of have a very general idea. God makes us love the kid so much that the agony of child birth seems worth it in comparison.
