I ask people that all the time.
“Next century” ~ that’s a shock to see in ’24 until you see the little tiny © date.
I like to stare and make other people uncomfortably self-conscious. If you smirk at the right time they start wiping around their face and checking their clothes for wayward drips of sauce.
I suppose there are worse pickup lines than asking to eat their pickle. I can’t think of any at the moment, but I’m sure they exist.
