    My uncle managed to trace my family’s lineage back to Anne of Kiev (around 1024 A.D). He could have kept going, but got bored. He also discovered that we are descended from “the bad guys in Braveheart” and… Lady Godiva

    I find it interesting that all of these so called lineage people always manage to trace someone back to some form of royalty or fame. I might believe their hogwash if you ever heard about how someone traced his ancestory back to the P**s boy or something like that.
