give these monsters (and aliens) some credit, will ya? They somehow know to only show up when there is only one person who actually has a camera, yet it’s cheezy and he doesn’t know how to use it. Imagine the pictures we’d have if they showed up in a crowd full of teens and their camera/cell phones. Funny thing is…they never do! I…wonder…why.
I use to live in Vermont (20 years) the home of “Champ” in Lake Champlain. Over the years we lived near the lake, which is beautiful. I met and talked to many locals who had either seen it, or re-told stories of others who had. I don’t really know if it does exist, but the stories were very interesting.
“Monsters” may not be behind the phenomena, but there are plenty of things “in the water” that are either unknown, or sufficiently anomalous that people can be forgiven for mistaking them for “monsters.” BTW, I’ve written a novel about the search for “Nessie” called WONDER OF NESS. A publisher is looking it over now. All best, A Proud Fan of Nessie Since the Age of Seven

Some people like to believe in spite of the lack of evidence.

I vaguely recall a very short lived TV series about Bigfoot. Something about an inter-dimensional divide caused by aliens?
