Years ago, our old, nearly blind Basset Hound stumbled on a bees nest and got savagely attacked. We nearly lost her, but an emergency vet clinic and shots of Benadril(?) saved her life.

one bee put out Terrier out of commission. We weren’t home but after that day she leaped off the couch and ran and hid just from a buzz sound!
