Squirrels have evolved to the point they don’t live in trees if they don’t have to. Most in suburban areas rip into attics and live for months up there.
My dog was very ill, tired and could only walk very slowly. I put her in the car to go to see the vet. The window was open and she suddenly saw a squirrel. She flew out through the window and ran like the wind after the tiny animal (who was quicker by the way) l
