I walk my aussie sheppard/great pyrenees mix (he’s 100 lbs+) behind my house. Over two square miles of dirt roads, woods, fields, and paths…..It’s been the best exercise I’ve done for myself since I gave up ice hockey two years ago, and I’m 65 next month.
One of the cardiologists with whom I worked used to put the address of the local SPCA on his prescription pads. “Adopt a dog. You’ll save its life, and it will save yours.”

if you are paying for a personal trainer and all they do is have you take walks then you are being robbed – unless they are face-licking you, too.

My personal trainer licks my face…especially if I offer him a treat.

Walking your dog is a better deal all around.

Terms.. with a professional trainer can be negotiated.. If face licking is your thing I’ll bet it could be arranged for a modest fee.
