Is Koko out to punish the abusive owner by having him infested with the fleas? Or does he want to have the fleas punished by locking them up for their torturing the dogs?

There’s a special place in Heck for people who abuse animals. As PICTO said, they have to answer to Dog for their sins.

There are no words adequate enough, to to describe the fiends from H-E-double-hockey-sticks, who abuse anybody or any animal!!!!!! And no punishment that will ever atone for what they’ve done.

Killing’s too good for people like that.

Grrrrrrrrr! I mean, yeah!!

We try so hard with our donations to save abused animals and the abuse keeps coming with a vengeance. They have got to get tougher laws. Not to be able to have an animal for two years and a small fine just doesn’t cut it. I don’t call that a punishment.

I agree to all of the above comments, but also realize that as humans, some of us do worse to our own offspring. I can no longer stomach the news because of same.
