You would think frozen worms are like their ice cream.
Considering their main diet is…mice!
Survival usually gets harder during the winter.
It is easier to catch prey in winter, they are handicapped by the snow, their hooves going straight through, while the lighter wolves with their wide paws can speed up.
Some Canada geese have lost their migratory instincts. Wintering in MN doesn’t sound easy to me.
