I was woken up today by an enthusiastic gardener with his leaf-blower. (I assume leaf-blower, as it made the same noise.) . Luckily, our bedroom is well insulated, so it wasn’t too bad.
I have an older gentleman who lives right across the street from me and apparently has a lot of time on his hands. He mows his yard at least 3 times a week on his new riding mower whether it needs it or not, followed by the noise of his edger, and then the blower. And some how he always picks the time when I want to relax and rest but the constant noise makes it impossible to do so. My dog hates it just as well and has that look of disgust from the noise. I will take a dog barking any day of the week over that.

I hate leaf blowers with a passion. They disturb the peace and are a waste of fuel. Just use a rake!
