Oh Koko you remind me of our Buddy Max who sat right next to me at the table when I cut up the chicken that was cooked for us to eat. Well he had to have some too. Plus hamburgers when I made them for us, I also had to make up “Buddy burgers” special ones just for him. He always got so excited for chicken, Buddy burgers and little pieces of steak. Such a cutie pie.
I had a Bull Mastiff that would lie in the kitchen entrance while someone cooked. As soon as a morsel was dropped on the floor he would lumber in grab it and return to the Kitchen doorway to wait for another. That was regardless of the size of the tidbit.
