That is a special breed of Swiss Non-pointer, similar to the Omnidirectional Spaniel.

Hey he looks lie a non pointing breed, but I seen all kinds as bird dog. If they got the nose and properly trained what the hell.

Funny, my youngest cat is named Kirby and he went to the vet today. Nothing serious but it’s a strange coincidence to see his name here.
