    Pro tip: Animal shelters are usually looking for volunteers. Dog walkers and people to socialize the cats and dogs are options. You may need to do a little light janitorial work, but it’s mostly the same activities as a pet owner would have.

    You could always go to a animal shelter. Look at all the dogs there.

    In my son’s condo the HOA have a provision that you can have a small dog. They also require a sample of residents dog’s poop’s for ID by DNA. My son just brought in a random sample from the park……..

    I’m pretty sure that if you can stay at a place where you can’t have a dog, but I sure wouldn’t call it living.

    Become a dog park stalker. I do that when I’m away from my dog.
