Walking around my step father’s gated community I saw 4 units painted with sample colors up for discussion, the outcome to settle on a new color for all the units. The colors were basically: beige, somewhat lighter beige, somewhat darker beige, and tan.
Our local granddaughter and her husband lived in a community with an HOA. They let their two children plant some tomatoes in their back yard, which has a high fence. Somebody told the HOA and the kids had to pull them up.

I have been a real estate lawyer for 38 years and I would NEVER live in a condo. Condo association board members are the worst.
