Wouldn’t it be easier to just dye him a bright color?

If he’s chipped, why does he need a tattoo? Or vice-versa?

I’d hoped that ear tattoos were a thing of the past! They are definitely NOT permanent, the ear wax fades and blurs them; and it’s particularly painful and traumatic for the dog to be tattooed in such a sensitive place.

My first dog had the remains of an ear tattoo when I got her at age three, along with a deep dislike of having her ears messed with. It made it especially hard to clean them.

Pull out the chip reader and get the info all at once. We have the technology.

our regular boarding kennel is a little distance from us, so I looked locally when we needed just a single over-night. At least two local places I called wanted, not just vaccination records, which makes sense, they wanted…REFERENCES. No, not regarding us, Regarding our dogs. I give up!
