My cop son-in-law had a bomb-sniffing dog. During the dog’s working life, there was never a genuine bomb to sniff out; but every day a fellow cop planted a “bomb” for the dog to find. My SIL said if sniffer dogs don’t find what they’re supposed to be looking for, they get bored and stop working.
KoKo …… maybe you should apply ….. just think of the benefits ….. Treats and insurance ……. of course, all the publicity, you’d get ……. just one small drawback ….. the big “BANG” …… ;O
Does anyone know of bomb sniffing dogs that got blown up? I doubt, they let dogs stay in the vicinity of a find. Bomb disarmament dogs on the other paw…
