There is a tale of tourists from Europe who loved mushrooms who were visiting Yellowstone Park. They were merrily collecting mushrooms to eat, when a Park Ranger told them to be careful what they ate. They replied they were from Germany and knew exactly which ones were safe. I am not sure whether they survived the experience. Many of ours are toxic. Reminds me of the toxic fruit in Hunger Games.

If it is the right kind of mushroom, you will be a real “fun guy”.

I think the mushrooms in my fridge need to be tossed.

Can also indicate you’ve been overwatering your plants and there’s too much humidity and not enough light in your apartment.
