My husband asked me to marry him on our third date. We didn’t marry immediately because we were both in college, but four years later, we got hitched in 1989, and we’re still happy together even now, not to put the whammy on it. So you see, it CAN be done! :-)

On the negative side, I can vouch for this strip. You hear about the success stories (like the first two posts) but most don’t work out that way.

I had a fairly successful time of love at 1st site. We were married 27 years. We are divorced now but remain great friends.
