I buy my wife flowers every couple of weeks. Once, the woman behind me in the checkout line said, “Oh, somebody got in trouble.”
“No, I just love my wife.”
“Ooo, can I marry you?”
“Sorry, honey, you’re about 30 years late.”
Now it’s 45 years and I still love her.
How stupid….
