Get 2 crescent wrenches, a screwdriver set, some oil, and a set of metric Allen wrenches.
I still maintain that cyclists should be insured and their bicycles registered. I am sick of being almost killed by idiots riding on the pavements in pairs whilst they ignore pedestrians.
