I believe I know what this means, but I have never run across the term “bad flow TV” before.

I too don’t know what “bad flow TV” is, but I’m pretty sure it did influence my childhood.

I watched some TV, but books influenced me even more. I started reading SF&F at seven.

Us kids weren’t allowed to watch TV after school….matter of fact,MY parents actually monitored what we watched and when……back in the Stone Age……

Dunno… have heard many times about kids who grow up to be just like their parents, but haven’t heard of kids who grew up to be just like a TV show…

There weren’t that many after-school kids’ shows like now. We watched cartoons, mainly. Also Nutsy the Clown’s Peanut Circus. And Captain Jet’s Space Funnies. And of course Howdy Doody.

My parents believed that children were outside animals. We got to watch 1/2 hour before bed. 7-7:30. Read in bed till 8:30. Lights out. Then, play quietly in the dark until tired. (we were supposed to be sleeping).
