Touch football was how I got my first bone broken as a teen. Collar bone and later in life. my nose.

We played a lot of sandlot tackle football and nobody ever got hurt. The only time we played touch was because we only had three guys. I caught a pass and let John, the defender, get close to me and then took off like a bee because I knew he could never catch me. He lunged for me, fell and broke his arm. I blamed myself because if I had just run normally, he never would have gotten hurt.
