So this is how the Illegal Immigrant Felons are Getting Out of Jail Free in the sanctuary cities! I say Felons because sometimes they are in jail for a felony crime in the US but even if it is a misdemeanor crime commited while in the US if they sneaked into the US for the 2nd time or more each time after the first is considered a Felony by an agreement signed by the illegal immigrant during deportation the first time.

As long as individual one occupies his current position, his card is valid.

To be fair, within the game, we never learn the charges. AFAICT, you get arrested for nothing.

Anyway, if you don’t have the card, the worst that can happen is that you miss three turns and lose fifty bucks.
