cowering maids everywhere- they seem to be in at least as bad a position as the cooks, maybe worse if the cooks have a value to Gluttany. Easier to grab a maid from history- you can basically grab anyone who isn’t disabled, and the place probably has staff in the times the cooks were taken from- than find high-level people who are in the area of the last chef you disappeared
