That a boy Wolfe with a spirit that sunny and positive how can he say no? And from the look on his face in panel 5 I’d say Mal’s already wondering what’s he gotten himself into this time?

Damn, this is so good. Made my day. Wolfe would be a great motivational speaker.

Wolfe may be a wonderful person but I think if he were around me being all sunny when I was in a bad mood, I’d want to thump him!

Look at it this way, Mal—it’s your chance to set the new standard for witches everywhere.

it’s not the ability that is what makes a person evil. It is what they do with the ability. Glad he has a level headed friend.

Yeah, but imagine what Wolfe could do when he’s righteously angry…

Witches are obviously pure evil. That is why a law-and-order cop came to find him for help knowing he was one. It’s why her sister risked her life to get him out of a fire, and got the help of 2 people who love her to get in (boost, club) to ensure he was alive to help. It’s why Ben ran with the group after hearing that Mal was the witch rather than away. By my count, 3 skilled magicians of different levels of theory vs practice, 3 investigators (private and official) and now Wolfe think Mal is a good choice. And one of them doesn’t even personally like him.
