From the Vion Food Group web page: “This balogna sausage consists of high-quality, lean pork forcemeat with a fine structure and a pleasant, meaty colour. This product is often used as a sandwich topping, but is also the perfect accompaniment to drinks or meals. Also available in can and sausage casing.”
I’ve often sliced sausage casing balogna for sandwich toppings, but never the can casing type. Boy but I do love me some stank of fine structure forcemeats!
