Yakko Saki is usually careful to play up to stereotyping by deliberately confusing his ’r’s and ’l’s but he said “karate” and it would be more in character for him to say “kalate” or would that be out of character since it is a Japanese word?
Pretty sure that in our universe the pants of the karategi are not held up by the belt, but maybe the design is different in the comic strip universe of The Wizard of Id.
