Maybe Rodney should be more explicit in his instructions. Well, maybe not, look what happened!!

I shot an arrow into the air. It fell to earth I know not where I heard a scream, I heard a yell I think I need to run like hell.

How come the arrows never penetrate the person that got shot?

bdaysuit – These are low-impact arrows, especially designed for comic folks. They hurt and look funny, but otherwise do not impede you.

And I’m sure Rodney has a rather pointed answer.

Bdaysuit - it’s those new steel arrowheads. The old ones used to go in like flint…

Rodney, dear, you really should be more careful how you phrase things. LOL

In Id it doesn’t seem to matter how one phrases things; it’s always taken in the worst possible way.

The King doesn’t rule there; the First Law of Cartoon Physics does (“Only When It’s Funny”).

Boy the guys who do this strip are just great. My favorite line though is still an old one. When Rodney or maybe it was the Duke comes in the room and says to the King—Sire, the peasants are revolting. And the King responds— Yes, they certainly are.

brklnbern: the best use of that phrase was in DragonHeart

Young Einon: The peasants are revolting! Brok: They’e always been revolting, prince. Now they’re rebellin’;.

    yukoner - priceless!

    bdaysuit - notice where the arrow hit - the BACK of Rodney’s armor - that’s where it’s thickest… :)

is this the first time in history that an IDiot actually hit his target?
