You beat me to it, Yukoner!

They grumble about the King, but the United States Government blows more money in one hour than ANY King could possibly spend in his entire lifetime!!

I’m proud to pay my taxes Fink but I could be twice as proud to pay half as much. Remember citizens when you are paying the extortion imposed by Id, the postal clerk isnt’ paid with your taxes. Don’t grumble at him, he works for the only government agency that pays its own way, except for the IRS.

The question to ask is why should the “King” be in a good mood for stealing from the citizens.

Governments are in a way, a cancer… gotta feed the cancer…keep feeding the cancer so it can get bigger and bigger and bigger and take over the operation of the whole body.

More like a parasite that keeps the host alive, odeliasimone. You may detest the parasite, especially when it gets bigger and heavier than you’d prefer…but you’d be laying dead in a gutter without it.

That’s why a smart parasite keeps its host alive and thriving. There actually are such parasites in the real (nonhuman) world — in the best case they’re called symbiotes.

Ever notice that when people refer to THE IRS they use capital letters that spell “THEIRS”?

Actually, Comic, they spell SIR. Usually the best thing to call the auditor.

Three times in my lkife, I messed up things on the forms, the IRS corrected them and twice gave me more money than I was asking for. The state once wrote to tell me they were missing my form from five years before. I sent them my photocopy, plus a request fro the refund, plus interest. They declined, but didn’t carry it further.

You see, there are actual human beings doing real work there, unlike the King, and they do have hearts.

Radish, if idiots can’t tweet, please explain the Kardashians.

Pays its way so long as it can raise its “taxes” on stamps, Lew. And refuses to deliver without the postage. Really making an everyday IRS. Oh, and the Federal Reserve certainly pays its own way.

FREEHOLDER You attack me every time you can. Pray tell, if a company’s expenses rise, do they raise their price? I think in your socialistic view the government should run everything. Why are you upset that the one agency that hasn’t taken a penny of tax money in 33 years is successful. Does this bother your basic concept that the American way of running a business for profit might actually work. I know of an island and a peninsular where they try to have the government run business, They cut down on obesity.
