Maybe digging to a different world like in The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle

It reminds me escapes from states behind Iron Curtain … maybe Spook is not only prisoner, he is only one in chains.

Typical state construction job: 1 guy working, 5 guys watching…

I hope nobody has gas, that would really stink!

I believe it was a Laurel & Hardy movie, where after all the digging, they came up in the wardens office!

No Spook, it’s almost happy hour.

I thought of “The Great Escape” at first too.

Another good digging movie is “Paint Your Wagon” where

Ray Walston and Lee Marvin dig tunnels underneath the

saloons of a whole town recovering the gold dust that filtered

down thru the floorboards..Hilarious flick to watch.
