A concealed carry probly wouldn’t help much.

When cannons are outlawed, only outlaws will have cannons.

I see it swivels backward – anti-tailgater feature.

But he isn’t carrying it!

If it was made before sometime late in the 19th century, it is not considered a firearm here in Texas.

Is that a cannon in your pocket, or are you just happy to be in Id? Oh, yeah. Then I guess it’s a cannon.

It’s a comic, guys. However, for self-defense, a weapon that really, for best use, needs a crew to operate, is not the best choice. But maybe this is Speedy, the Really Fast Peasant, able to fire, clean (yes, you had to do a quick wet wipe inside the barrel with a kind of sponge on a stick to remove any stray gunpowder particles that you did not want to ignite and ruin your plans), and then reload a cannon in the blink of an eye.

A few years ago I was on the interstate and came up behind an RV towing a Civil War era cannon. Reenactor returning from some event. Definitely didn’t even think about tailgating, moved over to another lane as soon as I could.
