I don’t know what’s causing the problem. It hasn’t happened before this week. They did fix yesterday’s, but here it is happening again today. I already alerted the syndicate aboutit.
I answered that already. It is absolutely nothing to with scanning. What I scan is a black and white drawing. All the coloring, and even the solid blacks, are done in Photoshop. The files are fine when I send them to the syndicate they look fine. What is causing this problem, I don’t know. Ask gocomics!
It didn’t just correct itself. It had to be brought to their attention. But when these problems keep happening, and are continually brought to their attention, I wonder why they can’t try to be more careful?
Scott, do you send them a JPG or a PSD file? It looks to me like they may have picked an encoder that works well for some types of photos, but not for comics, which use solid colors.
I’m sure, for some, the pixelation can be annoying. But it certainly doesn’t change the fact that this strip is just out and out funny. Thanks for making us laugh, Scott. It makes for a better day. :)
At their specifications, they receive a tif file. What they’re doing after that I have no idea. At least today’s is fixed, but who knows about tomorrow?

@Scott Roberts your strip is much more interesting because of the way that you interact with your readers. Thanks

What’s with the digital fallout lately? On purpose or something wrong with the comic site?

Careful Rita doesn’t hear you Jay or she’ll send you out to LOWES to pickup the bricks and mortar BEFORE she seals you up in a wall again.
