Yes, most definitely sounds like a Windows strategy. My new computer last year downloaded no fewer than 47 updates to Windows 7 after being connected to the Internet.

There can’t be any fixes for an Android. They didn’t install a floppy drive to load them.

That’s how all outsourced IT is done in the public sector now.
I don’t know how the industry pulled that off, but they did.
