How would we know? Where I work the ones who act the most drugged into paranoia and insanity are in charge of “random” drug testing. “Random” because they test the same 15 people 5 to 6 times in a row but never test the people who act drugged.
Here, in California, we have cases of bottled water because we might have the big earthquake and want to be prepared. But I use a Brita bottle with a filter and use tap water otherwise.
our tap water is full of minerals and tastes horrible….I do however, buy large Ice Mountain water and refill my plastic bottles from the 2.5 gallon of Ice Mountain…I have only used 2 of the 16 oz bottles since 2002 and am about to break out a third one…casitigate me if you must but I do try to be a non waster of our resources….
All these suggestions may be practical, but thy don’t fit Rita’s agenda. For her it’s important to show she can afford to throw money away, so she buys water by the case, and gets whatever is priced the highest.

I have a sinus condition that causes my throat to dry out; it’s either “carry multiple packs of candy” or “carry a large water bottle”.

I do the bottled water. Have a few very nice stainless steel water bottles and very good tap water.
