I’m skeptical. It wouldn’t surprise me if the facts revealed that per capita consumption of pizza in the U.S. is greater among multi-member households than singles.
My favorite is “Death By Pizza.” Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Sausage, Pineapple, Beef, Mushrooms, Olives, Onions and Green Pepper! burp. Oh, and extra cheese! :)
I’m single and do love pizza. I will eat it whenever it is offered to me (which is not very often) or when I buy it myself (about twice a year). Thing is, I’m a hobbyist-cook and my fridge and freezer are stuffed with home-made goodies: e.g., lunch today: home-ground grilled hamburger patties on homemade brioche buns, with garden tomato salad and homemade ice cream. Waiting in the wings (freezer) barbecued pork, carnitas, pot roast, homemade tomato sauce, and homemade strawberry ice pops. Lockdown is no problem for me … and since I’m retired, not much of a change in my regular habits either.

Get rid of the mushrooms. Then you would have a good slice of pizza.

I am very pleased to see that there is NO pineapple on it.
