Never understood that saying…

Isn’t this a foreign language comic translated into English? If so, it’s odd to share this idiom

You’re supposed to finish one building before you start on the next

They should have read more.

Painting the town red. What the heck does that mean? Why red? Why painting? How does that mean having a good time whooping it up and so on?

Well, they are certainly using the right colour.

They’ve all ruddy done enough damage.

Don´t use water colour when you are painting the town red.
