A “master delusionist” physician is more impaired than a lame service animal.
When ever I visit my doctor, I tell him I don’t want anybody cuttin on me !
“Paging Dr. Yaffle!”
“Practicing medicine until I get it right.”
I’m assuming he’s a doctor. He could be the cafeteria cook.

The untold part of the story here is that the guy in the white coat is a dermatologist.
As a doctor, he is fatally flawed.
‘Virtually’?? Does he practice in the VR?
That certainly isn’t the hospital cafeteria I was recently in for my heart valve install. They wouldn’t let salt get anywhere near the place. I think they get nervous when a salter is treating the road in front of the building.
