Author Huda Fahmy lives in Houston, Texas, which she admits might not be the best place for a lady in hijab to live, but whatever. (God gave us A/C for a reason, amirite?) With much encouragement from her sister (and after a failed blog attempt), Fahmy started drawing webcomics and found it a rather therapeutic way to talk about the stress that sometimes comes with being visibly Muslim in America.
