blackman2732: I had not heard that. Our dog Mitzi gets very excited when she sees animals (especially cats) on our TV, and that is with the sound off.
This dog can see Charles Boyer and Ingrid Bergman.
I read that cats and dogs can’t see tv like we can. They can see the movements but can’t make out the details.
My dog seems to be able to see TV.
