we turn our heat down to 55 at night and only up to 68 in the day. Now in the summer it is a different story, 70 at night and 80 in the day.

My sister keeps her heat at 60\F or less in winter as she claims the pediatrician told her that children should not be in warmer temp than that. Mom keeps it at same as she can’t afford to put it up. SIL keeps it at 75 as she is always cold and never met a way to waste money that she doesn’t like.

We keep it at 68 when home and about, 64 when sleeping and 62 when out for the day (thermostat changes on its own).
