I know what you mean, Zack. School chef should try other recipes than using the same ingredient.

I can remember complaining about school lunches when I was a kid….and I’m 73 years old!

I never had to eat a school lunch until I had to take a summer lab in college.

I always liked my school lunches, especially the ones they served at Catholic School.

My mother would always give me lunch money in the morning. If lunch looked good I’d get it, otherwise I’d buy a sticky bun and milk and pocket the change…ate a lot of sticky buns.

I liked the lunches in junior high, and high school was t bad either. When I was a freshman in college we had a food service called Macke, and I never had such God-awful horrible food in my life. Once I was served a slice of “roast beef” that was a sheet of fat with two soy bean halves visible in it, and we thought that enchilada must be Spanish for some kind of insect.

The truth is that the Meatball Machine at the local dogfood plant got Stuck and the School bought the “Overstock” at a Bargain Price.
