Just exactly what is “pot roast”? Is it a pot that has been roasted? Or a roast that has been potted?
Properly done, it is tasty and nutritious.
Had one the other night, it was very good. Our roast was a meat roast, with potatoes, carrots, celery and what ever else you like. Dessert was up to you.
We had pot roast every Sunday night. One of the better dishes. And yes, I can imagine a dog would feel envy.
