Actually, dogs generally don’t see in just black and white. Their colorblindness is similar to person with Red-Green Colorblindness. They can’t see (or distinguish between) shades of red and green. They can see shades of blue and yellow.
interesting as for the last 3 days my purebred Boston has totally been immune to the fireworks that have constantly been bombarding our neighborhood and for over 1 hour straight last night. whereas my daughter’s Morkie, who we have been babysitting, and my part Boston have been having nervous breakdowns.
